Sustainability is a key element for Elelefoam which refers to the practice of producing goods in a manner that minimizes negative environmental and social impacts while ensuring economic viability. Elelefoam evaluates the environmental impact and carbon footprint of its products and defines improvement areas by using cradle to gate life cycle assessment (LCA).

Eco-friendly Materials

Low emission products: As environmental regulations for air quality become more rigorous, Elelefoam has the capability to develop and produce low VOC (volatile organic compound) products to decrease nitrogen oxide emissions, carbon monoxide and particulate matter emissions.
Bio-polyol usage: Able to incorporate bio based polyols to replace a portion of conventional oil-based polyols.
